Mahindra is taking a major risk when it introduces the revised XUV 300. The Mahindra XUV 3XO is the new name for this SUV, and the manufacturer has unveiled a new teaser for it. This SUV’s brand-new, segment-first panoramic sunroof is highlighted in this new teaser. The sub-compact SUV class’s most technologically advanced vehicle will be the XUV 3XO.

Skyroof of the Mahindra XUV 3XO
On YouTube, there is a teaser for the Mahindra XUV 3XO’s skyroof. The official channel for the new SUV has shared it. The moon is seen partially open on the glass roof in the opening picture. “Why settle for the moon when you can have the whole sky?” is mentioned later in the video.
The full panoramic sunroof is then displayed. This is a segment-first feature, for those who might not be aware. In India, there isn’t any sub-compact SUV with a panoramic sunroof at the moment. In addition, the XUV 3XO will include many other capabilities that are exclusive to this sector.
Other XUV segment-first features
A dual-zone climate control system with remote control is another feature coming to the Mahindra XUV 3XO. Owners will be able to control the system by connecting the vehicle to the AdrenoX linked car app.
It is highly conceivable that ventilated seats could be included as well. Certain sources state that the company intends to provide ADAS Level 2 in conjunction with the XUV 3XO. Additionally, it will be the segment’s first feature.
ADAS is currently available on the Hyundai Venue and Kia Sonet. They only provide level 1 ADAS, though. It is highly probable that the XUV 700’s technology will be employed by the corporation to enable this capability.
XUV 3XO: Structure
Apart from the features that set a new standard for the industry, the XUV 3XO has an entirely new external design from the firm. It will have a whole new exterior design even though it will be built on the same XUV 300 chassis.
The automobile will be delivered with a new, more aggressive-looking fascia on the front end. It will have a high-gloss black grille with diamond-shaped indentations and a new Twin Peaks emblem. Additionally, new vertical LED DRLs and LED projector headlights will be installed.
A fresh set of 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels will be included with the XUV 3XO in addition to this. A high-gloss coating on the C-pillar to give it the appearance of a floating roof is one of the additional modifications. Finally, an LED taillight will now be attached to the back.
XUV 3XO: Engine
The model will not have any new powertrain options because it is built on the same XUV 300 that is currently on the market. The 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine (110 PS and 200 Nm torque) in the XUV 3XO will not change.
The same 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine choice will be available for it as well. It produces 300 Nm and 115 PS. The same and more potent 1.2-liter Turbo petrol engine will also be present. This motor has a maximum torque of 230 Nm and 131 PS. Additionally, the business will keep the same range of transmission choices as the departing XUV 300.
