Yamaha has introduced the FZ-X, which retails for Rs 1.40 lakh, ex-showroom, and boasts an eye-catching chrome color scheme. The Bharat Mobility Show 2024, which ended recently, featured the vehicle. In addition, the motorcycle’s Black version, which retails for Rs 1.36 lakh ex-showroom, has made its debut.

What else? For those who order early, the Japanese manufacturer is also providing a unique bonus. Upon vehicle delivery, the first 100 online reservations for the Chrome model will receive a Casio G-Shock watch.

Aside from the new paint job, the motorcycle’s characteristics, proportions, and design are all the same. The same 149 cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 12.4 horsepower and 13.3 Nm of peak torque powers this variant. A five-speed gearbox is attached to this powerplant.

Moreover, the Yamaha FZ-X keeps all of its current features, which include a rear disc brake, a single-channel ABS system up front, a multifunction fully digital instrument cluster, a round LED headlight, a rear mudguard, a lower engine guard, and the Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect App.

The Yamaha motorcycle’s suspension consists of telescopic front forks and a 7-step adjustable monocross unit at the back. It uses a 220 mm disc on the back wheel and a 282 mm ABS front disc for stopping. E20 fuel can also be used with this model. In other news, the company showcased a variety of goods, including the flagship R1M, during the recent Bharat Mobility Global Expo in New Delhi.
