Tata Motors reduced the cost of two electric vehicles, the Tiago EV and the Nexon EV, a few days ago. Prices for the former were reduced by up to Rs. 1.20 lakh, while prices for the latter witnessed a reduction of up to Rs. 70,000. In other news, the global NCAP safety test gave the Nexon a five-star grade. In testing for adult occupants, this Hyundai Venue competitor received 32.33 out of 34 points, and in tests for kid occupant protection, it received 44.52 out of 49 points. Notably, with the facelifts of the Harrier and Safari, the model has the second-highest global NCAP score.
