The official restart of the Innova Crysta, Fortuner, and Hilux dispatches has been announced by Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM). As of September 8, the automaker had stopped shipping a certain number of diesel-powered vehicles because of anomalies found in certification testing.

Toyota Motor Corporation’s international division, Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), revealed that three diesel engine types experienced anomalies in their horsepower output certification testing. TKM has now verified that the engines fitted to cars sold in the nation comply with Indian laws.

It took reservations for the aforementioned cars even though dispatches were put on hold. In other developments, the brand has raised the pricing of a few models, including the Glanza and the Rumion, by up to Rs. 15,000 effective right now.
